My first semester - Hope I will pass in all 15

Last days of semester I @ SCMHRD is nearing. The last 5 months have been once in a lifetime experience for me. Where do I start with to summarize it ? It all started on a fine evening of 31st May 2011. I still remember sleepy-eyed Aveg opening the door for me. I also remember the embarrassment that I underwent when Aditya and his brother entered the room while I was singing and dancing for a Tamil song. The first tea and smoke with Radha who I know through Facebook. The scourge of Don Satya, first lunch(Noodles and fried rice I hope) with Raakesh and Kaushik @ Cafeteria, Vivek asking me If I need a lift to hostel, Iyer's mid-night entry to hostel after UK trip, Tilip's kuthu dance, all these moments can never be forgotten.

No holidays @ SCMHRD for the first 3 months. Classes were there for all 7 days. FCQ's were one of a kind. Those exciting moments sitting in the exam hall without knowing which paper would come is truly jolting. Seniors revolt during Milaap wont be forgotten. Committee interviews till 4 - 5 in the morning spoke volumes about the effort needed for the clubs. 15 subjects in a single semester is too much to ask for. Assignments , research projects, case studies, presentations also got added like feather in the cap. Amid all these, we still found time to booze and enjoy. Thats the beauty of MBA I suppose. Time management was the first lesson we learnt.

Moments like Fresher's party, Prayatna Rock Show, Shapath Band Drive, garba night, Onam celebration were delightful. Can never forget those drives with Vivek on FZ and BMW 530D. Awesome time with SIC (South Indian Community so called) in Tapri's, Laxman's shop, Guest house, Lonavala, Flora69, LemonTree. Combine studies during Semester were nostalgic. Brought back my graduation memories. In between came the summers. Though I didn't get through, It was great learning experience to handle pressure and stay calm. The 5 months in SCMHRD flew like seconds. I enjoyed every moment of it. The semester is about to end in a week and hope I don't get a backlog. Cheers.
